Data Acquisition
Consuming all relevant data sources in line with the service that has been scoped.
All data will be unstructured and ingested into the Acutro backend database.
Data Normalization
All unstructured data needs to be standardised in Acutro’s database layer and reflect a friendly data schema to enable data mapping.
Capturing the asset hierarchy parent-child relationships and population of key values. Acutro will map a subset of critical assets on-Platform.
Platform Data Mapping
Once in, the data is structured into the approved format ready for mapping.
Acutro maps the data to a data standard aligning with the scope requirement accepted by the client.
Platform Data Validation
The client/partner validates all required data sources that are captured on the Platform.
It is part of the user acceptance testing to scrutinise data availability, quality, and frequency, ensuring it is standardised across the environment before signing off mobilisation.
Intelligence Application
The rules engine can be enabled once the Platform Data Validation is complete.
There are workshops to walk you through best practice use of the rules engine, whilst educating the stakeholder group on any AI application across the landscape.
Onboarding
Once mobilisation is signed off, there is an expectation that the Platform will be managed by the client moving forward.
There will be ongoing cadence meetings to support enablement and adoption throughout the lifecycle.
